What is Gals Lead? The Life Atlas Foundations has trained facilitators whom are certified through the "facilitator training program." We empower young woman (she/her, they/them) for success. The program guides each student to build confidence, self-esteem, and leadership skills. By the end of the program the students form lifelong connections w/mentors & peers. What is Compass Club? The Life Atlas Foundations has trained facilitators whom are certified through the "facilitator training program." Navigating the path to success for each participating student. Foster self-discovery, goal-setting, & personal growth. Provides essential life skills, for academic & future success. Creates a supportive community for a positive development. Gals Lead & Compass Club are operating in Southern MD. The clubs have over 100 active students. Currently, Gals Lead has 5 active school clubs. Each student receives journals, a printed guide w/modules completed each week, Clifton Strengths quizzes, and lunch provided every session. All of these expenses cost approximately $300 per student for the entire 20 week program. The program is NO COST to the students or school.
